Rother District Council is looking to the future. With a new Chief Executive in 2023 and a new Deputy Chief Executive who commenced in spring 2024, we have developed a fresh Council Plan and Target Operating Model to deliver our vision for the district.  Our new senior leadership structure and People Strategy will ensure we have the capacity and capability required to drive the changes required now and in the future, making the most of significant external investments announced in the past 12 months.
