We are looking for a AAT qualified accountant with practical experience of managing complex multi-faceted projects to time and budget, preferably within a local government environment? We are seeking an experienced Development Business Partner to support the Development Finance Manager to enable and ensure the delivery of numerous high-profile capital schemes for the benefit of our residents and visitors. Salary £39,302 – £43,936 dependant on experience.
We have a robust Medium Term Financial Strategy and several exciting development and construction opportunities due to significant external investments into the district. We need a finance professional who can work across departments to help deliver our capital aspirations and capital financing functions, including year-end accounting and budget monitoring to help ensure our financial resilience.
You will report to the Development Finance Manager, working closely with the colleagues within the multi-skilled CDT and wider stakeholders, to help enable the delivery of our Fit for the Future Programme underpinning our Council Plan.
